Join The Marietta Sweet Corn Festival as we celebrate our wonderful agricultural history. The Marietta Sweet Corn Festival promotes area agriculture and education in the area of agriculture. Proceeds from the Sweet Corn Festival are used to fund scholarships to Washington County High School Seniors pursuing a degree in agriculture or related areas.

This scholarship is for students in all of Washington County who plan to continue their education in the agricultural field. Those students involved in other agricultural programs are eligible for the scholarship.

We encourage Washington County High School Seniors to become a volunteer for the Sweet Corn Festival. The festival is operated entirely by volunteers, so the more volunteers we have the better the festival. The better the festival, the more money we can raise. The more money we can raise, the larger the future scholarships can be.

Please come and volunteer and become part of the future Washington County High School Seniors.

Fresh Local Roasted Sweet Corn (Sweet Corn Donated by) Rt. 60 Beverly, OH Corn Hole Contests When: Time: Sign ups at 10am. Play around 11 am Entry: $30 team if pre registered by July 20 at 8pm. $40 team the day of event. Please send both players FIRST and LAST name to "wvcornhole@suddenlink.net" or call/text me at 304-483-8940. Please speak clearly when leaving a message. Format: Pool play followed by double elimination bracket. (All teams going 0-2 in bracket play will be entered into a consolation bracket. Winner will receive a trophy.) Community Reunion Come enjoy hot buttered Witten's Farms grown sweet corn served fresh on the cob and piping hot. Bring the whole family to experience a wide variety of delicious foods. Enjoy events for all ages, contests, petting zoo, craft vendor, while listening to music in beautiful Muskingum Park.
